Wow Wipes (Distribution)
Wow Wipes, a gym cleaning wipe supplier, had a WooCommerce plugin that kept failing, disrupting orders into Zoho Inventory and their 3PL warehouse fulfilment. Relevate replaced it with a custom Zoho Flow integration connecting the website, inventory, logistics and shipping into one system, eliminating manual fixes and giving customers faster and more reliable deliveries.
Website orders now flow into Zoho Inventory through a custom Zoho Flow build that replaced the failing WooCommerce plugin. Orders are dispatched automatically to the 3PL warehouse through a secure API, where stock is picked, packed and shipped. Integrations with shipping providers send delivery details and tracking back into Zoho, giving real time visibility and freeing staff to focus on growth instead of troubleshooting.
Tactical Edge Hobbies (Online Platform)
Tactical Edge Hobbies an online retailer who wanted to move more customers toward their higher end of that product range to reduce costs relative to revenue. Relevate implemented a marketing automation and chatbot platform across email and Facebook Messenger to deepen customer engagement and increase spend.
With products priced from $200 to $2,000, the goal was to lift average spend. Working alongside a social media marketer, Relevate built automation that onboarded new customers and taught them about the sport and lifestyle behind the product.
